ANSWER: I've been a business owner 4 times, an employment consultant, an
assistant manager for a cab service, a forklift mechanic, a janitor, a
cab driver and a few other jobs that have little if anything to do with
Rochester 4 bbls, yet I still rebuild them for my "friends" and they are
quite satisfied.
I also rebuild Carters, Holleys, Kehnins, Motorcrafts, Webers, Solex,
and Mikunis.
If you mean that he should have taken it to an "expert" licensed
mechanic, sorry, most today don't know beans about the older systems and
would do a worse job than his "friend".
