QUESTION:Could someone please recommend a good RR scale for quality kits of modern
construction equipment (excavators, back hoes, graders, the whole nine
yards)? Bigger is better (so the GHQ stuff is out), and the kits should be
of high quality, with good superdetailing possibilities. Preferably styrene
or resin.
Also, anyone know of a good web business that carries this stuff?
ANSWER:
There is a German company called Kibri who make kits of trucks
and construction equipment in the model railroad scale 1:87 (or H0).
Very nice kits of unusual stuff. There are also some other manufacturers
who make construction equipment in 1:87.
I don't know which on-line stores that might sell this stuff though.
